Dear Demarest School Community,

It is with great pride and excitement that I welcome you to the start of a new school year—and my very first as your Superintendent of Schools. I am truly honored to join the Demarest community, a district known for its commitment to academic excellence, innovative programs, and the strong partnership among students, families, staff, and the community at large.

As we begin this new chapter together, I am eager to listen, learn, and work alongside you to build upon the district’s many successes. My goal is to ensure that every student feels valued, supported, and inspired to achieve their fullest potential. Together, we will continue to foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.

The start of a new school year always brings with it a sense of possibility and renewal. This year, we will continue to focus on strengthening connections between home and school, celebrating the accomplishments of our students and staff, and embracing opportunities for growth and innovation.  

I look forward to meeting many of you at school events, in classrooms, and throughout the community in the weeks and months ahead. Thank you for welcoming me so warmly into the Demarest family. I am confident that by working together, we will make this a year filled with success, growth, and memorable experiences for all.
